“What do I do when I receive my new mobile or sim card?”

Ok, well it’s really simple to activate your new sim card.

1) Please create a new message on your existing phone.

2) Send text to 65075

3) Enter the word PAC followed by your date of birth in the message in the format ddmmyy

4) Send the text. For example, please see below :

iPhone Activation

(apple iOS)

Android Activation

(android OS)

The network will now text your PAC code to you.

Please call 0121 327 3441 to provide the code to a Crown Communication Agent. Thank you.

You will then receive the Activation date for your new phone. On that day please turn your phone off and on again to Activate. Done!
